Our card processing gateway provider performed maintenance on their system during the following maintenance window:

On Tuesday, April 9, 2024, from 10:15pm Mountain time to 11:30pm Mountain time.

There was a partial interruption during the maintenance window. If your received "Error 19092: Timeout occurred, transaction will not be settled and any funds held will be released." during the maintenance window, the transaction was declined and you may rerun the transaction if you haven't already.
