Dear Valued Customers,

We received a communication from ACHWorks this morning regarding 9/26 transactions and would like to bring it to your attention if you haven't already received it. As a reminder, this issue only affected our ACHWorks clients. Please see their message below:

"I am sorry to report that it appears yesterday’s evening ACH file was not transmitted to the ACH successfully. ACHWorks has logs of the file being transmitted to the bank, but no confirmation that the bank has sent the transactions to the ACH.
Our operations team is working with the bank to determine if the file was not transmitted to the ACH. Once we have confirmation that the file was not sent last night, the transactions will be sent today as Same Day ACH transactions today. The result will be that payments which normally would have posted this morning won’t post to the receiver’s account until this afternoon. All same day ACH sur charges will be waived for the same day ACH file today.
Sending the transactions as same day ACH will not impact your hold period, the transactions will settle as if they had been processed during the normal evening window on 9/26/22."
