We are currently experiencing a partial disruption to our consumer portals causing an error: "Token mismatch - Refresh page and retry". For now, the current workaround is to have your consumers refresh the portal page and their second attempt will be processed as expected.
Our development team is working to identify the root cause and implement a solution.
We will send an additional update as soon as we have more information.
