Dear PDCflow Customers,

We greatly apologize for the emails regarding tickets this morning! PDCflow is undergoing a change of Ticketing Systems, unfortunately this triggered some unnecessary notifications. The Solved notification seems to have been triggered by old tickets we solved with you in the past.

You can disregard all the notifications today.

Again, I apologize for the misunderstanding and confusion.
